2019 Day at the K was a Homerun!

This year’s Foster Parent Appreciation “Day at the K” was a wonderful event filled with food, fun and families!  Held on Saturday, May 11, TFI Foster Care Families and staff enjoyed an authentic tailgate party prior to the KC Royals game with hot dogs, burgers, pizza, drinks and dessert!  Children of all ages had their faces painted and got to visit with the KC Royals mascot, Slugerrr!  Entertainment was provided by the Topeka High Drum Line and former Royals players were on hand to sign autographs.  We couldn’t make this event happen without the generous support these sponsors.  And a huge THANK YOU to the Scotty D Foundation for bringing it all together!
